Our Day Program is offered from Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm, for members of the community to utilize our laundry facilities and showers, and to get a snack or lunch from our kitchen. Hygiene and laundry products are provided. Other resources (for example: clothing and bicycles) are also available. Day Program clients can also use computers provided for our Workforce Development Program to find and apply for jobs.
Day Program
From mid-December to mid-March, LRS partners with multiple churches and organizations to provide warm, safe shelter for our clients in need. LRS provides the mattresses, linens, meals, and transportation to and from the shelter location. The churches and organizations sponsor the program by providing the shelter space for clients to spend the night.

Student Outreach and Achievement Program
This program was implemented to provide support to school age children and their families. The goal of the program is to provide a free, safe place for less fortunate kids and their families of the community to come in and wash their clothes, take a shower, and eat a snack. Caseworkers also have an allotted amount of money to purchase emergency items such as shoes, clothes, food, and school supplies. We hope that with this program we can help save lives by eliminating school bullying by providing equal opportunities to students and families.
As part of our role as a family resource center, we work to refer families and individuals to our community partners to fill additional needs. Our staff will work to connect anyone in the community with the resources they need.
